1. Scope and Role

IntimateFind exclusively provides a search, information, and mediation platform for offers from independent external creators and platforms. IntimateFind is neither a seller, contracting party, nor a payment service provider.

2. External Offers and Contracts

A contract for a linked offer is formed exclusively between the user and the external provider. Their terms, privacy policies, and cancellation policies apply.

3. Payments, Shipping, and Fulfillment for External Offers

For the external offers described in Section 2: IntimateFind does not accept payments, process orders, or handle shipping or delivery for these. Claims regarding payment, shipping, defects, returns, or refunds must be made directly to the external provider. Our own paid services to Creators are instead governed by Section 7.

4. Affiliate Links and Discount Codes

Links may contain affiliate links. Discount codes and promotions are subject to the terms and availability of the respective provider.

5. Age of Majority

Use is strictly restricted to individuals over 18 years of age.

6. Creator Obligations and Account Suspension

Creators warrant that all content they upload (text, images, video) was either created by them or that they hold the necessary usage rights, and that no third-party rights (in particular copyright, trademark, or personality rights) are infringed. Creators further warrant that they are of legal age and are entitled to offer the content and services they advertise in their respective country. The conduct rules in Section 7 apply in addition. In case of violations of these Terms or applicable law, or fraudulent conduct including abusive chargebacks of payments already rendered under Section 8, IntimateFind reserves the right to remove content, restrict paid services, and suspend or terminate profiles temporarily or permanently (see also our Notice and Takedown procedure).

7. Prohibited Content and Conduct for Creators

The following list specifies Section 6 in more detail, is not exhaustive, and applies in addition to all other legal prohibitions.

Absolutely prohibited, immediate suspension without warning: any depiction of sexual abuse of children or minors, regardless of the form of depiction, including computer- or AI-generated content; content depicting minors or designed to make the depicted persons appear to be minors, even if all participants are actually of legal age; violent or animal ("crush"/bestiality) pornography; and any depiction of non-consensual sexual acts presented as real. In these cases, IntimateFind is additionally legally required to notify the competent law enforcement authorities.
Consent and personality rights: Only content for which all depicted persons have effectively consented to its use may be uploaded. Deepfakes or otherwise manipulated content depicting, or designed to depict, a real, non-consenting person are prohibited.
No arranging of in-person meetings: IntimateFind exclusively mediates physical items and digital content or access. Advertising or arranging in-person meetings, escort services, prostitution, or comparable services is not the purpose of the platform and is therefore prohibited.
Creator Collabs (content collaboration): The Collab feature exists solely to help creators arrange content collaborations with each other (e.g. joint shoots, mutual shoutouts). It must not be used to arrange in-person meetings beyond a joint content production, or for any purpose beyond that - the restriction on in-person meetings above applies here unchanged. Requests must not be used for harassment or unwanted solicitation; creators can block and report other users at any time.
One account per person: Each person may operate only one Creator account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent suspensions, verification requirements, free-tier limits, or Boost restrictions is prohibited and may result in the suspension of all affected accounts.
Payment integrity: Using third-party or stolen payment methods, and abusively charging back a payment for services already rendered, are prohibited.
No technical manipulation: Attempting to obtain paid features such as PRO status, Boost, or the verification badge through technical manipulation, exploiting software bugs, or unauthorized access to IntimateFind's systems without corresponding payment is prohibited.
Truthful verification: Only genuine, current, and unedited photos of oneself may be submitted for photo verification. Submitting photos of other persons or otherwise misleading evidence is prohibited.
No account sharing: Access to a Creator account may not be passed on to or shared with third parties who are not contracting parties of IntimateFind.
Labeling of AI-generated content: If a profile contains images of persons fully or partially generated by artificial intelligence, this must be truthfully disclosed when applying; the profile will then be labeled accordingly for users. A false statement in this regard constitutes a violation of these Terms.

A violation of these rules may result in the immediate removal of the affected content, restriction of paid services, and temporary or permanent suspension of the account, without any refund of amounts already paid, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Paid Add-On Services for Creators (PRO Membership, Boost)

In addition to free basic use, IntimateFind offers Creators optional paid add-on services, in particular the "PRO" membership and time-limited "Boost" placements. This constitutes a separate contractual relationship directly between the Creator and IntimateFind. Unlike the external offers described in Section 3, IntimateFind itself is the contracting party and payment recipient here.

These services are booked exclusively on a prepayment basis for a fixed term, clearly shown in the Creator Dashboard before booking. There is no automatic renewal and no automatic charging: the service ends when the paid term expires, and further use requires a new, separate booking and payment. Booking currently takes place via a support ticket in the Creator Dashboard.

As this is a one-time prepayment for a term fixed in advance, no pro-rata refund is given for terms already begun or expired, unless required otherwise by law. If a service is cancelled before it is activated, the amount already paid will be refunded.

Where a Creator exceptionally acts as a consumer within the meaning of applicable consumer-protection law, which would generally not be the case when registering as a Creator since this activity is typically carried out as part of a commercial or self-employed activity, they generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. This right expires early if IntimateFind begins performing the service, e.g. activating PRO status or a Boost, only after the Creator's express consent given before the withdrawal period expires, and the Creator has confirmed their awareness that this causes the right of withdrawal to lapse.

In the event of an abusive chargeback of a payment already rendered, IntimateFind reserves the right to immediately revoke the corresponding benefit, such as PRO status or an active Boost, and to suspend the account.

Support (tips): Tips do not run through IntimateFind. If a creator has provided their own donation link, the button on their profile leads directly there; the payment takes place solely between the supporter and the creator. IntimateFind is not involved, receives no share and gives no warranty for the provider used there. If a creator has not provided a donation link, the profile states explicitly that support goes to IntimateFind itself; that amount remains entirely with IntimateFind and is neither credited nor forwarded to the creator.

9. Liability

IntimateFind has unlimited liability in cases of intent, gross negligence, and injury to life, body, or health. Otherwise, liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law, especially for external offers and content, as well as content uploaded by creators.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms as needed, for instance due to legal changes or changes to our offering. The current version is always available on this page.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country in which you have your habitual residence remain unaffected.
