Notice and Takedown Procedure

1. Purpose

IntimateFind respects the rights of third parties, in particular copyright, trademark, and personality rights. If content on our platform (e.g. images or descriptions in a creator profile or listing) infringes your rights, you can report it to us using the procedure below.

2. How to Submit a Report

Send us an email to [email protected] with the subject "Content Report" and the following information:

• The exact URL of the content in question
• A description of the right being infringed (e.g. copyright in a specific image)
• Evidence or a plausible basis for your claim
• Your contact details
• A statement that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge

3. Handling

We review every incoming report promptly. Where a report is justified, we remove or restrict the affected content without delay. The affected creator is informed and given an opportunity to respond, unless overriding interests prevent this.

4. Counter-Notice

Creators who believe removed content was taken down unjustifiably can likewise contact us at the address above with a justification.

5. Abuse

Repeated unfounded or abusive reports may result in us disregarding further reports from the person concerned.
